We’re all about your comfort at Sweet Dreams, and our best-selling heated soft furnishings are a testament to that. We think that comfort should start from the moment you place your order, so we strive to send our products to you on fast and free delivery wherever we can, with full tracking for your peace of mind. Once you’ve placed your order, you can sit back and relax – most orders will be with you within 1-2 working days, but if you have any questions, you can give us a call on 0800 091 3171 to check the status of your delivery.

We still deliver to customers in out-of-area postcodes such as the Scottish Highlands, island regions, and Ireland. In this case, however, your order may take a little longer to reach you and there may be some delivery charges. If there are delivery charges, we’ll always let you know at the checkout before you place your order, so please make sure you double check your final delivery costs on the checkout screen. Our orders are fully tracked and sometimes will need a signature on delivery. Please make sure someone is at your delivery address to sign for your order on the day it’s delivered so that your delivery is as smooth as possible.
